If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please return your purchased fine jewelry within 15 days.
Simple Return Policy:
- "A happy and satisfied customer is the best source of advertisement." If for any reason, you are not truly satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unworn item in its original condition within 15 days.
- Product(s) must be unworn, scratch-free, in their original condition, with all tags in place, without alterations, and must not be resized.
- Free and promotional gifts that were included with your purchase are yours to keep; we don't hold grudges. :)
- If a Diamond Certificate was requested, it must be returned with the order. If the certificate is not included in the return, we may deduct 20% of the amount being refunded.
- Custom design and made to order items are not refundable and non-cancellable.
- If an item was bought and resized smaller or larger than the advertised size, no refund will be applied, as it is considered a "custom order."
- Engraved or personalized items are non-refundable.
- Appraisals are non-refundable.
- All return packages must be received at our headquarters within 15 days of the original date of delivery to you.
- Gift Cards are not returnable nor refundable.
- Although we do ship for free, there is a cost for shipping. Therefore, we do not refund your shipping cost.
The 3% donation applied to charity will be voided, and may not be used for tax purposes.
- Step by Step Process:
- Our simple return policy makes it very easy to return an item. Please follow the instructions below:
- Please email us: sales@artisancarat.com to ask for an RMA code (Return Authorization number.) Add the code on the mailed invoice to begin the return of your item. Please keep in mind, without the RMA, returns mailed will not be accepted without this number.
- Properly Return: Please cautiously package the item you are returning, including all original packaging, the invoice, and don't forget about the collateral.
- No Marking: For obvious security reasons, please do not mark "Jewelry" on the box.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return costs.
- Package Insurance/Tracking: When we mail our packages to you, we insure your valuables for the full value, please insure it back to us. Insuring your package is extremely important. Please include a tracking number/confirmation.
- Refund Process: Once we receive your package, our team will review the item, if all is well, we will issue a refund within 7 business days in the original payment method.
- Please follow our simple step by step return policy to receive your refund. We may refuse a return if packages aren't correctly packaged or uninsured. We will not be responsible for incurred losses or damages during shipment.
