I bought this at 18 years old now I’m 20 and it looks like the same day as when I bought it I will be buying from here again I would give this 10 stars if I could. I received the Artisan Carat Tiara silver set as a gift, ordered online by parents overseas and I loved it! All items: the necklace, the earrings, the ring and the bracelet were beautiful and designed to go well together. The workmanship is excellent judging by the details and a highly polished finish. A nice touch was also a microfiber cloth for cleaning, and a disposable face mask (very timely present!) that Artisan Carat added. The customer service is also top notch! My bracelet turned out to be too large. I called Artisan Carat and one of the staff members answered right away and instructed me how to send back the piece and mark the desired bracelet length for resizing. The whole proces was super smooth! I received the item back just within 1 week, and this included the time mailing out the item vis USPS, the time for resizing and the time for shipping the resized item back to me via USP.
